The Return Policy of Alliant Biotech is as follows: Returns are accepted for items in full, unopened cases with original packaging within 45 days of purchase. They do not accept returns for opened products that do not fit properly. They recommend ordering a sample pack prior to ordering a pack of masks to assure optimal fit. This return policy applies to both U.S. and Canadian customers. If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or there was an error on their part, Alliant Biotech will cover the return shipping costs. They will issue a return shipping label for you to use. Once they receive the returned product and confirm it is in suitable physical condition, they will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-5 days after the refund is initiated. Please note that international transactions may experience delays in refund processing. They reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.

As for the Shipping Policy, orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9AM-12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day.
